Welcome to the Resource Library, an evolving space where you can learn to care for your body at home between treatments or even when you aren’t receiving care. Wherever you are in your health process, the Resource Library is for you.
I am passionate about teaching you to continue the work at home between treatments, and hope you’ll find in this space a resource you return to again and again.
Welcome to Here’s Where to Start, a short series to help you find agency in your health through self-inquiry and action.
Here’s Where to Start is comprised of 8 videos that teach about the importance of foundational habits. They include suggestions for rituals that set the ground for your transformation, and ideas for first steps toward observing your relationship to those habits and taking action.
This series includes an introductory lecture, and following videos on these foundational habits:
– sleep
– food
– hydration
– meditation
– emotional hygiene
– movement
– connection
Each video includes a PDF that summarizes the lecture and suggests prompts for reflection to help you begin to notice your habits and put new ones into practice.
